- OR before the end of your first subscription period, whichever comes first
- Not have previously received a refund for a SKILL1 subscription
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@skill1.org with your:
- Account email address
- Order/subscription ID
- Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)
Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
